Toshiba Car DVD Players

It was January last year that Toshiba announced its full solution line of DVD products. It will offer extensive and innovative lines of Toshiba car DVD players to consumers. They will introduce high-quality, easy-to-use products in trendy new designs. With value and price point in mind, Toshiba has introduced a premium line-up of portable DVD players with larger screen sizes and extended battery life. Measured from 7" to 10.2" diagonally, the line will offer new sleek and sophisticated designs.

Toshibas top of the line portable car dvd player is the SD-P2900. It offers a large 10.2" diagonally measured, widescreen LCD screen. With a high resolution display of 800 x 480 pixels, the SD-2900 offers premium picture quality for consumers on the move. For the frequent traveler, it will offer approximately six hours of battery life. SD-P101S an elegantly designed portable DVD player boasts a 10.2" (measured diagonally) wide swivel-screen with brilliant 800x480 resolution. A 4-in-1 Card Slot and DivX support provide extra viewing options, and the powerful battery has a life of up to 5 hours.

Toshiba also offers the SD-P1750 player featuring a 7" diagonally measured widescreen LCD screen with approximately three hours of battery life. The SD-P1750 has a high end cosmetic design, comes with a car cord adapter and offers dual headphone outputs. The DVD player also features fast scan and slow motion viewing, and has a user-intuitive on- screen menu and buttons. It has switchable Audio/Video Input and Output for connection to an external monitor/television or digital camera or camcorder. Toshiba unveils touch screen LCD for cars. Toshiba integrated a technology that enables the panel to detect the shadow of a finger when the panel is touched. Within 2008, let`s all hope that Toshiba will introduce the touchscreen LCD.
